After perfecting her style in San Francisco for 6 years, Loren Jacobs returned back home, establishing herself in Texas. In 2006 she opened LJ Interiors, a full service design firm in Austin.

Recognized while in Design School in San Francisco for her “out of the box design solutions” and keen eye, Loren Jacobs was selected to be the student designer on the series premiere of “Designer Finals” on HGTV.

Loren has been featured in the Houston Chronicle, USA Today, and Austin Monthly Home regarding her creative work in design. She has impressed her clients in both commercial and residential projects. Loren’s goal for every project is to encapsulate the client’s own style through a process of exposure, education, and creativity. Loren values the importance of listening to her clients. In turn, each project becomes an adventure undertaken by both client and designer.

It is imperative to Loren that her clients identify with their environment and as a result become comfortable in their finished project. This principal philosophy of understanding leading to contentment is what sets LJ Interiors apart.

Loren draws much of her inspiration from her time spent traveling abroad and continues to define herself by her amazing ability to create what is interesting and thoughtful, while mixing the old and the new seamlessly.
